Nightly Dog Boarding Request
This form can be filled out and submitted to request a dog boarding reservation. IIt must be confirmed by a Jagger’s staff member before it can be considered valid and reserved. In addition, your dog’s vaccination records must be on file with us and up-to-date to secure boarding reservation requests. If you haven’t provided vaccination records to us, there is a separate tab in our menu to enable you to do so. Please note our drop-off and pick-up hours on the Hours and Location Tab in our Menu, and please make arrangements to Pay a Deposit over the phone at (618) 316-7021.
NEW CLIENTS: If you have not been a customer system, please return to the “new customer” tab with as much information as possible. Please note that if your dog hasn’t been to Jagger’s, we will need you to bring your dog in for a temperament test to be certain that it can be handled safely by our staff and thrive in our environment. Then, you can return to this Boarding Request tab to submit this form with your preferred drop-off and departure dates, Suite size, and any other options desired.
